Refresh Your Screens — the Eco-Friendly Way
Tired of looking through dust-covered, dingy screens? Our patio screen cleaning service revives and restores, leaving your screens dramatically cleaner—often like new.
What You Can Expect From Our Screen Cleaning
Our specialized cleaning process is designed to remove everyday buildup from sun exposure, dust, and airborne particles. While it won’t make your screens brand new, most customers are amazed at how fresh and clear their patio feels afterward.
– Results That Last: Our solution typically lasts 2–6 months, depending on your patio’s location, weather, and nearby construction.
– For Light Buildup: Best results come from screens with normal daily dust—not deep staining or chemical damage.
– Cooking Smoke Areas: Screens exposed to BBQs or grills may not clean as thoroughly.

Eco-Friendly Cleaning Formula That Works
We use a custom-made cleaning solution that does more than rinse your screens—it dissolves dust at the molecular level.
This special blend of emulsions, UV inhibitors, glossing agents, and dust repellents makes screens sparkle while helping them stay cleaner for longer.
- PHOSPHATE-FREE
- PETROLEUM-FREE
- ECO-FRIENDLY

🧪 Visual Proof: On the left—dust buildup. On the right—after cleaning with our formula. Virtually spotless.
How to Prepare for the Best Cleaning Results
To help ensure the most effective screen cleaning, please review the following guidelines:
– Pet Urine: If pets have urinated on the screens, those areas may not clean well. Please spot-clean these ahead of time.
– Caked-On Mud or Debris: We do not scrub off stuck-on materials. Please remove them before your appointment.
– Screens Must Be Dry: Our solution only works on dry surfaces. If it has rained, sprinklers ran, or there’s morning dew, we’ll need to reschedule.

Construction Dust Can Permanently Damage Screens
If a pool was recently installed at your home—or even a neighbor’s—the fine dust it produces can bond to screen mesh permanently. The same applies to cement or masonry work. In these cases, screen cleaning won’t be enough, and rescreening may be required.
Additional Notes & Policies
– This is a cleaning service only—not a repair service. If we find damaged areas, we’ll let you know before starting.
– We inspect all screens prior to cleaning. If you’re not home, we’ll take photos of any areas needing attention and share them with you.
– Please ensure all furniture is moved at least 3 feet away from your screens. A $50 fee will apply if we need to move it ourselves.
