About Double T Screened Patios | Collin & Denton Counties Sunroom Experts

How Devon and Jay Grigsby Built Collin & Denton Counties’ Trusted Outdoor Living Company

Double T Patios was built on a shared vision, strong work ethic, and a partnership that goes back long before the business ever existed.

Devon and Jay Grigsby both attended Texas Tech University, where they developed not only their professional foundations but also a lifelong appreciation for teamwork, pride, and doing things the right way. That connection to Texas Tech is where the name Double T Patios comes from, inspired by the iconic Double T that represents grit, tradition, and pride in your work.

After years of hands-on experience and learning what homeowners truly want from their outdoor spaces, Devon and Jay decided to create a company that focused on quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and designs that actually fit the way people live. They saw too many projects rushed or overcomplicated, and knew there was a better way.

At Double T Patios, every project is treated like it is being built for family. From patios and covers to complete outdoor living spaces, Devon and Jay stay involved from start to finish to make sure every detail meets their standards.

No shortcuts, no pressure, and no cookie cutter solutions.
Their goal is simple. Build outdoor spaces that last, reflect the homeowner’s vision, and create a place where memories are made for years to come.

Double T Patios is more than a name. It is a commitment to craftsmanship, pride, and the values that started it all.
