I don’t usually do reviews, but we had such a phenomenal experience that I just had to. After having most of our porch done with motorized screens from a company that didn’t do fixed screens and doors, I was having such a hard time finding someone willing to come out and do what most considered a relatively small job. Every company I called either didn’t return my call or said we were too far away. Then I stumbled upon Double T. Jay was the first one to actually pick up when I called and by the time we were done with about a 15 minute call he knew exactly what I wanted, gave me a ballpark figure and told me he could install it the very next day! That evening he asked a few clarifying questions and sent me a formal quote (which was within 8% of his ballpark figure and well within the range he estimated). I had them come out one day later than they were available so I could be home for the install and it took about 2-2.5 hours. The door and screen look incredible and were exactly what we wanted. The crew even gave us recommendations on how to better seal the existing motorized screens (due to some unique aspects of our patio). I could not more highly recommend Double T!

Double T did a great job installing our SunSpace screened patio. There were a few glitches along the way but Jay took care of them and did not let them interfere with the progress of the job. Jay communicated with us regularly even to let us know when the installers were due to arrive each day never missing a day. He is one of the best contractors we've ever engaged. The site was cleaned up each day at the conclusion of the work. Jay's main installation man, Jesus, really knows what he is doing and obviously has a lot of experience doing this type of work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Double T to anyone looking to install a screened patio. We opted to go with the top of the line SunSpace system and are really happy we did. Quality work, super timely and customer service driven from the very first meeting and estimate, to the completed product. And it took only one day! Great process from Estimate to Install. Enjoyed working with Jay and the installers were very polite and paid attention to every detail.  Even job supervisor came by to double check everything. Only issue was the metal shavings from their saw. I would put a tarp down to catch most of that and make clean up a breeze.
